There's an M & E in SpEctruM (poetry)
a poem celebrating my gender fluidity and queerness in general on National Coming Out Day. 🏳️🌈
Riding the rainbow on a crescent moon sailboat,
pausing at each color, soul in awe,
realizing I have no favorite hue;
I love them all.
There are colors beyond violet
that these human eyes can’t perceive,
and I carry many of them in varying degrees.
I am most me as a spectrum,
not one specific streak
(definitely not just blue or pink)
until my exodus.
Happy National Coming Out Day1!
I’m already out and proud, but here is where I fall on the rainbow:
Nonbinary (more specifically, pangender2)
Omniromantic3 (under the bi umbrella)
