There's an M & E in SpEctruM (poetry)
a poem celebrating my gender fluidity and queerness in general on National Coming Out Day. π³οΈβπ
Riding the rainbow on a crescent moon sailboat,
pausing at each color, soul in awe,
realizing I have no favorite hue;
I love them all.
There are colors beyond violet
that these human eyes canβt perceive,
and I carry many of them in varying degrees.
I am most me as a spectrum,
not one specific streak
(definitely not just blue or pink)
until my exodus.
Happy National Coming Out Day1!
Iβm already out and proud, but here is where I fall on the rainbow:
Nonbinary (more specifically, pangender2)

stemming from the Greek word ΟαΎΆΞ½ (pan), meaning all; a nonbinary person whose gender identity encompasses multiple genders (within their culture), which is experienced simultaneously or in a fluid, fluctuating manner.
a romantic orientation where a person is attracted to all genders, sometimes with a preference for certain genders.
What an incredible coming out day poem!! Love the rainbow hues, and also the footnotes explaining each term for those who aren't familiar. Educational, powerful, and beautiful!!
