There's an M & E in SpEctruM (poetry)

a poem celebrating my gender fluidity and queerness in general on National Coming Out Day. 🏳️‍🌈

Riding the rainbow on a crescent moon sailboat,
pausing at each color, soul in awe,
realizing I have no favorite hue;
I love them all.

There are colors beyond violet
that these human eyes can’t perceive,
and I carry many of them in varying degrees.

I am most me as a spectrum,
not one specific streak
(definitely not just blue or pink)
until my exodus.

2. stemming from the Greek word πᾶν (pan), meaning all; a nonbinary person whose gender identity encompasses multiple genders (within their culture), which is experienced simultaneously or in a fluid, fluctuating manner.

3. a romantic orientation where a person is attracted to all genders, sometimes with a preference for certain genders.
